In this episode, I talk with Olympic athlete Michelle Griffith Robinson about her journey with movement. Starting with a story of how her own mum was the catalyst for her becoming an Olympian by prioritising her own wellbeing.

Michelle represented Great Britain for two decades as a Triple Jumper. Now, retired from elite sport, and a mother to three, Michelle has a new perspective about her body, her physical strength, and the messages she wants to spread.

Michelle helps others impact their lives for the better and she’s here to share her wisdom and inspiration with us as working mothers!   You can listen to the episode here: https://wisdomforworkingmums.co.uk/80/ or via itunes, stitcher or spotify.
