I pulled the ripcord on my career.

It was only years later that I realised what influenced me to leave a highly lucrative career that I was succeeding in.

I didn’t like what I saw when I looked up.

What I mean by that is that I couldn’t see female leaders that represented how I envisaged my life to be.

In this episode, I share the personal impact of not having positive working mother role models.  I explore why it’s vital for organisations to support and promote them too.

Let’s give ourselves, and others, relatable, positive and attainable role models for when we look up.

Because our daughters are looking up too.
