We work with organisations that want to create more inclusive cultures where working parents thrive.
When organisations don’t create the conditions for parents to thrive, they undermine their employee wellbeing or risk losing their talent altogether.
The impact on parents and their families is far-reaching, and the implications for employers of replacing this lost talent are huge: sickness and absence, productivity loss, recruitment costs, loss of essential skills and training and development costs of new hires.
We provide comprehensive support for parents at each phase of parenting while helping them progress in their careers.

They’re better for business – with higher innovation and productivity. And they’re better for the world. Nicky began coaching me while I was on maternity leave with my second baby. Her insights and guidance have been incredibly valuable in helping me prepare for my return to work and manage ‘the juggle’ since I’ve been back.
Nicky’s coaching has been a huge benefit to me. Since working with Nicky, I’ve felt much better equipped to take steps to support my wellbeing and to thrive as a working mum.

Back in the summer of 2020, with the global pandemic, our organisation identified a real need to support our working mums who were juggling home and work life. During this time, we also announced a merger like no other, bringing together two people-centric organisations. The demands of the roles had changed overnight and helping our people through this was a top priority. From our first conversation with Nicky she immediately understood our needs and was able to put together a personalised workshop full of very practical tips and guidance for our working mums. We have had fantastic feedback from all attendees and were thrilled to be able to put together individual coaching programmes for those who felt further support would be beneficial. We continue to receive great feedback from these too. We would highly recommend working with Nicky.

It was a pleasure to work with Nicky as part of our International Women’s Day Celebrations. Nicky was able to take our brief and build a insightful and thought-provoking presentation that was delivered to over 60 members of staff on the topic of maternal bias, followed by an engaging Q&A session. She achieved our objectives of raising awareness of maternal bias in the workplace, in a way that brought everyone together in the knowledge that you don’t have to be a working mum to be aware of this issue, nor to help address it either. I am sure that we will begin to build on the awareness that Nicky brought to the group and I hope that we will be able to invite her back to join us in the next steps of the journey as we begin to Live, Lead and Embed practices to counteract motherhood bias.
